ABOUT THE PROJECT: “Work Wife is the indie-pop solo project of Brooklyn-based musician Meredith Lampe (also of @colatura, @atlasengine). With influences such as Jay Som, Faye Webster, and the Postal Service, Work Wife blends contemporary synth pop elements with melancholy lyrics and surf rock instrumentals to achieve music that evokes her own dark humor. She writes and produces out of her home studio in Greenpoint.”
