LISTEN: BANDS DO BK EP. 13 WITH SALLIES

The band talks long days in the studio, drinking with dogs and the importance of a good jukebox—plus premieres three songs from their upcoming debut album, ‘More Of The Same’

We met half of indie alt-rock band Sallies at a bar in Williamsburg, so with at least one common interest established, we were stoked to discover their other favorite spots (mostly other bars) in Brooklyn—and, best of all, gain access to some (very excellent) unreleased songs.

As guests on our thirteenth episode, the guys shared their go-to spots in Brooklyn (picks that include good music, even better canines and a couple killer halal carts), discussed the intense (maybe whiskey-fueled) recording process and premiered three singles from their upcoming debut album, More Of The Same.

Listen to the episode now on Radio Free Brooklyn and Spotify.
