You will get a key and pay via paypal/venmo monthly and on time, renters who won’t pay on time consistently will be asked to return their key. Time is booked via a shared google calendar. We’ve been around for over 5 years and have a system that works well for everyone involved. $100 a month + $100 one time deposit (that can be used as last month). access 24/7. there’s wifi too.”
